Wir suchen eine/n HR-Generalist:in (30h/Woche).

you@DORDA - Du bringst mit:

  • Einen einschlägigen Hochschulabschluss oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau
  • 1–3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Genauigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamspirit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

you@DORDA - Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust eigenständig den gesamten Recruitingprozess, von der Gestaltung der Inserate über Bewerbungsgespräche bis zur Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen und Beratung der Führungskräfte.
  • Du begleitest neue Mitarbeiter:innen durch den gesamten Onboardingprozess, von der Vertragserstellung bis zur Einschulung.
  • Du übernimmst die laufende Personaladministration.
  • Du bist kompetente Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen bei allen HR-relevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Du konzipierst, organisierst und begleitest Mitarbeiter:innen-Events.
  • Darüber hinaus bringst du dich flexibel in unterschiedliche HR-Projekte und Sonderthemen ein.

Unser Angebot:

Gehalt: ab EUR 3.000 brutto/Monat (Vollzeitbasis)
