Doris Peters & Asociados, en conjunto con el Instituto Costarricense de Turismo, invitan a las personas interesadas a participar en el proceso de reclutamiento para la posición EJECUTIVO/A DE TURISMO 3 DE TI (PROFESIONAL EN INFORMÁTICA 3), derivado del procedimiento de contratación administrativa número 2026LD-000023-0001200001.

Información general del puesto:

● Ubicación geográfica: Sede central, edificio ICT, San José, Uruca, costado este del Puente Juan Pablo II.

● Dependencia: Departamento de Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación.

● Jornada: Diurna. Nombramiento en propiedad, sujeto al período de prueba.

● Condiciones salariales:

Salario Compuesto ¢777.450.00 (setecientos setenta y siete mil cuatrocientos cincuenta colones exactos). Adicionalmente, tendrá derecho al reconocimiento de los “pluses” salariales de acuerdo a la Ley 9635.

Salario Global: ¢1.598.450.00 (un millón quinientos noventa y ocho mil cuatrocientos cincuenta colones exactos).

Naturaleza del trabajo:

Ejecución de labores que implican el ejercicio de una carrera universitaria en el área de informática, así como el criterio de experto para brindar asistencia a personal gerencial y directivo en actividades tales como investigación, diseño, desarrollo, implantación, mantenimiento y documentación de proyectos de Tecnología, como sistemas de información, auditoría de sistemas, desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones específicas para las unidades organizacionales; uso de los recursos tecnológicos relacionados con la administración de sistemas operativos, administración de la red e infraestructura y administración de bases de datos, coordinación de procesos de trabajo de impacto y necesidad tanto a nivel institucional como a nivel nacional; velar por la Seguridad Informática involucrada en la plataforma instalada según su especialidad y la administración de proyectos de T.I.

Requirements

Requisitos mínimos del puesto:

Formación Académica:

- Licenciatura o posgrado en una carrera universitaria atinente al cargo.

Atinencia:

- Todas aquellas carreras cuyo título se certifique en informática o computación o tecnologías de información, o que en sus énfasis esté dicha disciplina.

Experiencia:

- Cinco años de experiencia en labores profesionales relacionadas con el cargo o bien con su formación profesional.

Requisitos legales:

- Incorporado al Colegio Profesional respectivo, en los casos en que dicha entidad lo exija para el ejercicio del correspondiente grado profesional.

- Contar con dispositivo y firma digital (requisito con el que deberá contar la persona en caso de ser seleccionada).

- Declaración de bienes ante la Contraloría General de la República.

- Rendir garantía o póliza de fidelidad, por ley expresa y según Reglamento de Cauciones del ICT.4

Capacitaciones y/o conocimientos específicos

Adicional al perfil del puesto, se solicita a las personas oferentes contar con capacitación en las siguientes áreas:

- Conocimientos en ciberseguridad.

- Seguridad de la información y ciberseguridad, gestión de riesgos y vulnerabilidades, monitoreo y detección de amenazas.

- Seguridad de redes e infraestructura, endpoints.

- Gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM), respuesta a incidentes.

- Continuidad y recuperación, seguridad en ambientes de nube, criptografía y protección de datos.

- Gobierno y cumplimiento de seguridad, marcos y estándares: conocimientos de ISO/IEC 27001 y 27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls y COBIT, así como normativa nacional aplicable.

- Concientización en ciberseguridad, gestión de terceros y proveedores, documentación técnica.
