Bei dormakaba entstehen nicht nur hochwertige Schliesssysteme, sondern auch die Maschinen, mit denen sie hergestellt werden. Im internen Sondermaschinenbau gestaltest du diese Produktionswelt aktiv mit: Du baust Schaltschränke, verdrahtest elektrische Komponenten, integrierst Steuerungen und bringst gemeinsam mit unserem Engineering individuelle Maschinen und Prototypen zum Laufen. Gleichzeitig stellst du durch Wartungsarbeiten und die Behebung von Störungen sicher, dass unsere bestehenden Produktionsanlagen zuverlässig laufen.

DAS ÖFFNET DIE TÜR ZU DEINER ZUKUNFT: DEINE AUFGABEN #

  • Du baust und montierst individuelle Sondermaschinen und Prototypen für unsere interne Produktion von Schlüsseln und Schliesszylindern.
  • Du baust Schaltschränke auf, verdrahtest elektrische Komponenten und integrierst Steuerungen in unsere selbst entwickelten Maschinen.
  • Du bringst deine Ideen und dein Fachwissen in Maschinenbauprojekte sowie in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsprozesse ein.
  • Du analysierst und behebst elektrische sowie mechanische Störungen an Produktionsmaschinen und Anlagen.
  • Du machst Wartungen, Inspektionen und Reparaturen und kümmerst dich selbstständig um benötigte Ersatzteile.

DESHALB VERTRAUEN WIR DIR: DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN #

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Automatiker/in EFZ oder Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Elektromontage, im Maschinenbau, Sondermaschinenbau oder in der Instandhaltung.
  • Kenntnisse in Schaltschrankbau, Steuerungstechnik, Robotik und Sensorik sind gewünscht.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative bei technischen Herausforderungen.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit - auch wenn es einmal anspruchsvoll wird.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

REDUZIERTER SCHICHTBETRIEB #

Damit wir unsere Produktion optimal unterstützen können, arbeitest du in einem 6-Wochen-Rhythmus mit folgenden Arbeitszeiten:

  • Vier Wochen gleitende Normalarbeitszeit
  • Eine Woche Frühschicht von 06:00 bis 15:00 Uhr
  • Eine Woche Spätschicht von 15:00 bis 23:00 Uhr
