Lead Ingenieur (m/w/d) für Kessel- und Kraftwerkstechnik

Was Du bei uns bewegen kannst:

  • In Deinen Händen liegt die Konzeption und Planung von technischen Systemen im Bereich der Energie-, Prozess- und Kraftwerkstechnik
  • Du führst die Vorplanung, Entwurfsplanung, Ausführungsplanung, Vergabe und Inbetriebnahme der Anlagentechnik und leitest kleinere Ingenieurteams bei der Projektbearbeitung an
  • Bei der Errichtung und Instandhaltung von Anlagen zur Energie- und Wärmeerzeugung bist Du aktiv beteiligt und stellst dabei den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher
  • Die Befundung von Kraftwerkstechnik fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Machbarkeitsstudien und Dokumentationen für die Umrüstung von Anlagen – z.B. zur Nutzung von Kohle, Biomasse, Erdgas, H2 oder Power to Heat
  • Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Auswertung von Daten aus der Betriebsmesstechnik und von Analysedaten aus Probenahmen
  • Zudem unterstützt Du die Optimierung der Betriebsführung von Anlagen

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Kraftwerkstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Kessel- und Kraftwerkstechnik mit
  • Idealerweise hast Du Praxiswissen bei der Auslegung und Planung von Förder- und Lagertechnik, insbesondere für Schüttgüter wie Biomasse, Kohle und Asche
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen, führst Projektteams zielorientiert, agierst eigenverantwortlich und verbindest strategisches, ganzheitliches Denken mit einer strukturierten, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist flexibel und hast die Bereitschaft zu kürzeren Dienstreisen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) runden Dein Profil ab –Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
