Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Aviation & Airport Advisory

Was Du bei uns bewegen kannst:

  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau unseres internationalen Aviation-Geschäfts und steuerst anspruchsvolle Projekte rund um Flughäfen, Aviation-Infrastrukturen und nachhaltige Mobilitätslösungen
  • Dabei verantwortest Du die aktive Geschäftsentwicklung und baust belastbare Kundenbeziehungen sowie Key Accounts auf
  • Eigenverantwortlich erstellst Du Machbarkeitsstudien, Masterpläne und strategische Konzepte für Flughäfen und Aviation-Infrastrukturen
  • Du entwickelst Lösungen für nachhaltige Flughafenentwicklung, Dekarbonisierung sowie ORAT- und Betriebskonzepte für luft- und landseitige Prozesse
  • Verkehrs-, Betriebs- und Netzwerksituationen analysierst Du fundiert und erstellst daraus belastbare Prognosen sowie Infrastrukturkonzepte
  • Angebots- und Akquisitionsprozesse steuerst Du bis zum erfolgreichen Auftragseingang
  • Du leitest interdisziplinäre Projektteams und stellst Qualität, Termine sowie eine professionelle Kundenkommunikation im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld sicher

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Luft- und Raumfahrt, Verkehrsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Erfahrung Aviation-/Airport-Consulting, bei Flughafenbetreibern, EPC-/Engineering-Unternehmen oder vergleichbaren Beratungs- und Infrastrukturunternehmen
  • Du bringst nachweisbare Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Leitung und Entwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Flughafenplanung, Aviation-Infrastruktur oder Airport Operations mit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Themen wie Airport Masterplanning, ORAT, Airport Operations, Dekarbonisierung, ESG oder Projektsteuerung zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Entwicklung, Steuerung und Gewinnung von Angeboten und Projekten im Aviation-Sektor
  • Du verfügst über ein belastbares Netzwerk im Aviation-Umfeld, z. B. bei Flughäfen, Airlines, EPC-/Engineering-Unternehmen oder relevanten Industriepartnern
  • Ein souveräner Umgang mit ICAO-, IATA- und EASA-Regularien und -Standards sind für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1) runden Dein Profil ab
