Projektleiter:in Ladenbau 80\-100% Für unser vierköpfiges Bauprojektleitungsteam suchen wir dich als Projektleiter:in Ladenbau für unsere vier Brands. In deiner Rolle bringst du neue Storekonzepte und Designs aufs Parkett und setzt spannende Um\- und Neubauprojekte auf den unterschiedlichsten Flächen um, von kleinen Renovationen bis zu kompletten Ladenkonzepten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus kreativen Ideen funktionierende Stores für unsere Kund:innen werden. Dein Aufgabengebiet: Du planst und setzt Um\- und Neubauten aller Storebrands im gesamten Filialnetz schweizweit um Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen und begleitest Verhandlungen in baurelevanten Fragen Du führst Bauzustandsprüfungen durch, schätzt Kosten und Risiken ab und bereitest damit Vertragsentscheidungen vor Du klärst alles mit Baubehörden, Ämtern und der Feuerpolizei und holst die nötigen Bewilligungen ein Du koordinierst Sitzungen intern und mit allen Gewerkschaften, instruierst die am Bau beteiligten Firmen, führst Abnahmen durch und organisierst die Mängelbehebung bis zur finalen Übergabe an den Verkauf Unsere Anforderungen: Du hast eine Ausbildung als Bauzeichner:in, Bautechniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bau Du bringst mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in im Laden\-bzw. Innenausbau oder Hochbau mit Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der MS Office Suite; CAD\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus Dein Deutschkenntnisse sind stilsicher und idealerweise kannst du dich auch in anderen Landessprachen verständigen Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbständig, bist kommunikationsstark, bringst Hands\-on\-Mentalität mit und spielst gerne im Team Bei uns wird FORTSCHRITT grossgeschrieben.
