Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams E-Commerce & CRM suchen wir eine engagierte, umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit als CRM Manager - befristet auf 12 Monate, mit Option auf Verlängerung. Du steuerst unsere CRM-Kampagnen von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung und entwickelst das Vorteilsprogramm DOSENBACH PLUS kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei gestaltest du eine relevante und konsistente Kundenansprache entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.

Vos tâches:

Du planst, koordinierst und realisierst kanalübergreifende CRM-Kampagnen - von der Konzeption bis zur Erfolgskontrolle Du entwickelst DOSENBACH PLUS gemeinsam mit dem CRM-Fachteam bei Deichmann weiter und stimmst neue Funktionen und Prozesse partnerschaftlich ab Du analysierst die CRM-Massnahmen anhand definierter KPIs, erstellst Reportings und leitest daraus Optimierungen ab Du überwachst und optimierst CRM-Strecken, Datenflüsse und Personalisierungen und sorgst für eine zuverlässige, zielgerichtete Kundenansprache Du arbeitest eng mit Verkauf, Marketing, E-Commerce und weiteren internen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen und stellst die qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung der CRM-Massnahmen sicher

Votre profil:

Du hast ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft mit Vertiefung in Marketing, CRM oder Kommunikation abgeschlossen Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CRM, idealerweise im Retail-Umfeld Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CRM- und Kampagnenmanagement-Systemen und verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis von Kundendaten, Segmentierung und Marketing Automation Du denkst konzeptionell und analytisch. Dank deiner Hands-on-Mentalität sowie deinem guten Organisations- und Zeitmanagement behältst du den Überblick Du kommunizierst überzeugend und handelst eigeninitiativ sowie lösungsorientiert
