Gemeinsam können wir Großes schaffen. Sei dabei und gestalte die Zukunft mit uns. Deine Rolle als Senior Entwicklungskonstrukteur (m/w/d) Maschinenbau in Vollzeit:

  • Mitwirkung an den Produktentwicklungsprojekten, basierend auf der Entwicklungs-Roadmap.
  • Ableitung von Produktverbesserungen aus Kundenprojekten und Rückführung dieser Erkenntnisse in die Konstruktions-Roadmap.
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung mechanischer Konstruktionen auf Basis von CAD, inklusive Anpassung bestehender Module an projektspezifische Anforderungen.
  • Identifikation von Markttrends und fortlaufende Optimierung der vorhandenen, technischen Lösungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und Kunden zur Ausarbeitung technischer Lösungen sowie zur Bewertung von Machbarkeit und Risiken.
  • Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Versuchsaufbauten, um Lösungsansätze zu validieren und zu qualifizieren.
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Qualifizierung von Entwicklungspartnern, Lieferanten und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Kontinuierlicher Ausbau und Verbesserung der projektbezogenen Prozesse und Arbeitsstandards – mit Fokus auf Termintreue, Qualität und eine lean-orientierte Serienüberführung.

Folgende Kompetenzen sollen dein Profil abrunden:

  • Du hast Spaß am Aufbau und der Implementierung von Prozessen und Strukturen.
  • Du hast einen Ausbildungshintergrund, der dir die notwendigen Kompetenzen vermittelt hat, die du für deinen Arbeitsalltag benötigst. Egal ob akademischer Werdegang oder praktische Erfahrung.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (min. 7 Jahre) in der Konstruktion und Entwicklung und weißt, wie Standardisierung im Maschinenbau umgesetzt werden kann.
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in entsprechender Software für Konstruktion und Entwicklung, idealerweise mit Autodesk Inventor.
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität für technologische Trends und ein natürliches Interesse an technischen Innovationen.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, eigenständige und kollegiale Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Mit den MS Office Tools kannst du sicher umgehen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse.
