Worum geht's?

Zu unseren zentralen Technologien zählen Proxmox VE für die Virtualisierung, Microsoft Active Directory und Keycloak für Identity- & Access-Management, Microsoft Exchange, Nextcloud und Samba für File Sharing und Storage sowie Rocket.Chat, Jitsi und Microsoft Teams für Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit. Ergänzt wird die Infrastruktur durch GitLab, zentrale Backup-Systeme auf Basis des Proxmox Backup Servers sowie verschiedene dedizierte Test- und Supportumgebungen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebs unserer IT-Landschaft und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei allen IT-relevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Installieren und Konfigurieren von Software, Systemen und Komponenten.
  • Überprüfen automatischer Updates und Backups.
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einschließlich Berechtigungsmanagement, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Schutz vor externen Angriffen.
  • Planung, Implementierung, Verwaltung, Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerke, Server, Speicherlösungen und Sicherheitskomponenten) zur Gewährleistung von Verfügbarkeit, Leistung und Sicherheit.
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Problembehebung.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Anleitungen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Standards und Richtlinien.
  • Außerdem übernimmst du die Wartung unserer Bürogeräte und organisierst den E-Check.

Wir erwarten eine Erreichbarkeit von Montag bis Freitag von 9:00 bis 16:00 Uhr mit einer Büropräsenz von mindestens 3 Wochentagen.

Dein Profil

  • Ein Informatik-Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich.
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit den oben genannten Technologien sowie als IT-Administrator/-in.
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz und in der Bewertung KI-gestützter Tools und Technologien.
  • Mindestens Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau.
  • Selbstständigkeit beim Erkennen und Lösen von IT-Problemen.
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung.
  • Engagiertes Auftreten sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Analytisches und planerisches Denken.
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
