IL RUOLO E IL TUO IMPATTO

  • Coordinare le operazioni quotidiane, inclusa la pianificazione dei turni e l'assegnazione delle mansioni per autisti, meccanici e logistica di terze parti.
  • Preparare e organizzare i turni del team per garantire una corretto ricambio delle batterie e dei veicoli disponibili.
  • Essere il punto di riferimento per autisti e meccanici, agendo come contatto primario per le emergenze dei clienti quando necessario.
  • Monitorare le prestazioni operative in città, inviare aggiornamenti regolari all'ops manager e supportare la selezione di nuovi membri del team.

COMPETENZE E QUALIFICHE

Istruzione ed Esperienza

  • Esperienza pregressa in logistica, meccanica, operazioni di magazzino o contesti operativi simili.
  • Spirito di squadra, con la capacità di supportare i colleghi e precedente esperienza nella guida di piccoli team.
  • Propensione a svolgere attività pratiche quotidiane in magazzino ogni volta che è necessario.
  • Ottima conoscenza locale della città e del suo panorama di mobilità urbana.

Capacità e Competenze

  • Spiccate capacità organizzative abbinate a un approccio proattivo e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi.
  • Comprovata capacità di gestire partner esterni per le operazioni su strada e di rispondere alle richieste della città.
  • Conoscenza di base della pianificazione dei turni e padronanza nell'uso di fogli di calcolo e Google Sheets.
  • Volontà di apprendere nuovi flussi di lavoro e strumenti digitali per i progetti futuri.
  • Capacità di assumersi la piena responsabilità delle mansioni assegnate e di lavorare in autonomia.
  • Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali per collaborare con i membri del team e i supervisori.
  • L'ottima conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato è considerata un plus.
  • Il possesso di una patente di guida di categoria B in corso di validità è considerato un plus.
