Sachbearbeiter Verkauf Innendienst/Export (m/w/d) 100%

Ihre Verantwortung ##

  • Sie agieren in einer Drehscheibenfunktion und sind von A bis Z für die operativen Aspekte von Verkauf bis Export verantwortlich: Von der Anfrage, Bestellung, über Lieferdokumentation, Rechnungsstellung und Versand bis zum Zahlungseingang
  • Nebenbei rechnen Sie monatlich anfallende Projektkosten ab, organisieren Kundenbesuche vor Ort und bringen sich bei der Prozessoptimierung (und -digitalisierung) ein, für dessen Umsetzung Sie Projekte übernehmen
  • Sie erarbeiten für unsere weltweiten Kunden selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich individuelle Lösungen und in enger Abstimmung mit Verkäufern (vor Ort oder in den USA), F&E, Einkauf, Produktion, Lager, Qualitätsmanagement und Finanzen
  • Sie koordinieren und korrespondieren mit Kunden und Transporteuren täglich in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Sie betreuen als Praxisbildner einen KV-Lernenden

Ihr Profil ##

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung im Verkauf oder Export von anspruchsvollen Gütern sammeln (Gefahrgutkenntnisse für Luft- und Seefracht von Vorteil)
  • Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative, lieben es selbstständig zu arbeiten, sind ein Organisationstalent, haben eine zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sie bringen eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, rasche Auffassungsgabe und bereichsübergreifendes Denken mit, weil Sie sich bei repetitiven Aufgaben langweilen
  • Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und über gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau First/B2) in Wort und Schrift
