The posting

The Douglas Middle School is looking for a 1.0 FTE Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year to join our awesome team!.

Qualifications: Required: Valid Massachusetts DESE licensure in Moderate Disabilities (PreK–8)

Experience working in an inclusive co-teaching setting is preferred.

Strong knowledge of special education laws, inclusive practices, and differentiated instruction.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Massachusetts DESE Moderate Certification Required

All appointments are conditional based on a satisfactory CORI and SAFIS Background check per 603 CMR 51.00
