Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Leiter Einkauf & Disposition (m/w/d), der Verantwortung übernimmt, Menschen weiterentwickelt und unsere Einkaufs- und Dispositionsprozesse aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufs- und Dispositionsteams
  • Optimierung und Standardisierung von Einkaufs-, Dispositions- und Materialplanungsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie Optimierung von Beständen, Lieferterminen und Kosten
  • Schaffung klarer Strukturen, Verantwortlichkeiten und effizienter Arbeitsabläufe
  • Weiterentwicklung von Beschaffungsstrategien und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Mitwirkung an internationalen Supply-Chain-Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in Einkauf, Disposition, Materialwirtschaft, Produktionsplanung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Teams konsequent und partnerschaftlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gutes Verständnis für Materialflüsse, operative Prozesse und deren Optimierung
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management oder Continuous Improvement von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
