We are looking for someone who truly enjoys the green industry. If you get energized and motivated about creating beautiful landscapes and being a part of a collaborative team, this may be the job for you! As a Construction Irrigation Foreman, you will help our clients develop and install outstanding landscapes.  You will be responsible for helping a landscape construction crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety, and efficiency among the team. Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:

Installing irrigation, plant material outdoor lighting and hardscapes using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment such as a Trencher, Mini- excavator and Skid steers in a safe manner. Actively promoting the DTE safety program. Overseeing Irrigation installs and training the team in proper installation. Adjusting crews based on properties or weather conditions Ordering Irrigation material in advance to keep the job moving forward. Conducting effective safety, equipment and timekeeping training Performing site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of related experience Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions Must be able to read and comprehend Plans provided by clients.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check

Programar trabajos y cumplir plazos de proyectos Pedido de material vegetal Realizacin de una capacitacin efectiva en seguridad, equipos y tiempo Llevar a cabo tareas de limpieza en las propiedades que incluyen pero no se limitan a remover y disponer de basura y material orgánico. Mantener una actitud positiva y cooperativa con clientes internos y externos. Realizar otras tareas que se le podrían asignar.

Requisitos

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia relacionada Capacidad de realizar trabajo físico en todo tipo de condicin del tiempo.

 Habilidades y Experiencia Preferidas

Bilingüe Español e Inglés. Licencia de conducir válida de Florida y capacidad de pasar un chequeo de MVR.
