In Europa bouwen we verder aan geïntegreerde end-to-end logistieke oplossingen. In Zeebrugge beschikken we over een concessie voor de uitbouw van een Finished Vehicle Platform. Binnen onze transformatie naar een end-to-end logistieke speler wordt de terminal in Zeebrugge een essentieel onderdeel van ons bredere netwerk.

Jobomschrijving

Als Operations Administrator Zeebrugge zorg je ervoor dat de operationele administratie, CFS-activiteiten en werfoperaties vlot en efficiënt verlopen. Je houdt gegevens en documentatie nauwkeurig bij, stemt af met interne en externe partners en draagt zo bij aan een veilige en goed georganiseerde terminalwerking.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verwerkt en volgt de operationele administratie op, waaronder werkorders, planningen, werklijsten en statusupdates, en registreert container-, trailer-, voertuig- en vrachtbewegingen nauwkeurig.
  • Je ondersteunt de werf- en RoRo-operaties door gegevens over voorraad, beschikbaarheid en locaties bij te houden en de administratieve coördinatie van poort, kade, opslag- en laadgebieden te verzorgen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en volledige documentatie van laad- en losactiviteiten, verzendingen en voertuigen en houdt inventaris-, conditie- en overdrachtsgegevens actueel in de relevante systemen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, rederijen, transportbedrijven en interne teams, communiceert over planningen, vrachtstatus en documentatie en volgt ontbrekende documenten, vragen en klachten tijdig op.
  • Je houdt de administratie van materieel en faciliteiten actueel, beheert registers van hijs-, hef- en vastmaakapparatuur en signaleert defecten, onderhoudsbehoeften en wijzigingen in locatie of beschikbaarheid.
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige en kwalitatieve terminalwerking door veiligheidsvoorschriften, verkeersplannen en procedures nauwgezet op te volgen en documenten en vrijgaven te controleren vóór de start van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je registreert operationele afwijkingen, ontbrekende of tegenstrijdige informatie, schade en incidenten en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig worden gemeld of geëscaleerd.
  • Een bachelordiploma aangevuld met relevante kennis of ervaring in logistiek, administratie, supply chain, transport of een RoRo-terminal; kennis van voertuig-, trailer-, lading- en containerdocumentatie, terreinbeheer en operationele systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden en een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Je communiceert helder en klantgericht met interne en externe contacten en werkt vlot samen met gate-, kade-, CFS- en operationele teams.
  • Je blijft efficiënt werken onder druk, speelt in op veranderende operationele omstandigheden en escaleert afwijkingen tijdig.
  • Je volgt veiligheidsprocedures nauwgezet op en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
