Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe administrative basée à Nantes, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve). Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et le suivi des flux administratifs et des factures fournisseurs, en garantissant la fiabilité des opérations et la fluidité des échanges entre les différents services et agences du Groupe.

Grâce à votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément, vous contribuerez directement à la qualité de nos processus administratifs et financiers dans un environnement multi-sites.

Poste basé à Nantes - CDD de 6 mois.

Comment vous contribuerez

  • Assurer le traitement complet des factures fournisseurs : réception, contrôle, affectation et suivi dans les outils dédiés.
  • Analyser les prévisions d’achats afin de valider l’imputation des factures fournisseurs.
  • Gérer les boîtes mails administratives et comptables partagées, en assurant le tri, le suivi et la transmission des demandes.
  • Contrôler les relevés fournisseurs, identifier les écarts, réclamer les factures manquantes et coordonner les actions avec le service Comptabilité Fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des litiges fournisseurs et leur résolution en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.
  • Coordonner la transmission des informations, documents et factures entre les différents services et agences.
  • Gérer les demandes d’ouverture de comptes fournisseurs et assurer leur transmission au service compétent.
  • Réaliser la refacturation de certaines prestations inter-agences.
  • Assurer les déclarations et le suivi mensuel des dossiers d’assurance.
  • Participer à diverses tâches administratives : commandes fournisseurs, gestion des expéditions, support opérationnel ponctuel.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes et à la qualité du traitement administratif.

Ce que vous apporterez

  • Formation Bac à Bac+2 en gestion administrative, assistanat ou comptabilité.
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement administratif, comptable ou multi-sites.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Outlook, Word) et aisance avec les outils de suivi/ERP.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Excellent relationnel, esprit d’équipe et sens du service.
