Zur Verstärkung unseres Informationssicherheits-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort in Hamburg eine/n Cyber Security Specialist (m/w/d) unbefristet und in Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden).

Der Job + Die Verantwortung

  • Du identifizierst und analysierst technische und organisatorische Schwachstellen, leitest priorisierte Maßnahmen ab und überwachst deren Umsetzung.
  • Du bewertest neue Projekte, Software-, SaaS- und KI-Lösungen aus Sicherheitsperspektive.
  • Du planst und steuerst Sicherheitsaudits und Penetrationstests, bearbeitest Sicherheitsvorfälle und bringst dich aktiv bei Notfall- und Krisenstabsübungen ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit IT- und Entwicklungsteams zusammen und begleitest sie bei der sicheren Gestaltung von Systemen, Netzwerken und Cloud-Umgebungen.
  • Du gibst organisationsübergreifend Empfehlungen und bist Ansprechpartner/in bei Fragen rund um die Informationssicherheit.
  • Du übersetzt Sicherheitsanforderungen in praxistaugliche Richtlinien und Konzepte.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Awareness-Maßnahmen zur Stärkung des Sicherheitsbewusstseins.

Du + Deine Stärken

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder ein technischer Berufsweg mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung in der IT-Security.
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit, Cloud-, Netzwerk- und moderne IT-Infrastrukturen (z.B. AWS, Microsoft 365, EDR, Zero Trust). Du kannst Findings technisch bewerten und in pragmatische Maßnahmen übersetzen.
  • Erfahrung in Sicherheitsbewertungen, Schwachstellenmanagement und Auditvorbereitung.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich ISMS (z. B. ISO27001, BSI-Grundschutz, NIS2) sind ein Plus - entweder aus dem Aufbau oder aus der praktischen Begleitung von Audits.
  • Du kommunizierst mit IT-Teams auf technischer Augenhöhe und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich bis ins Management vermitteln.
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv und eigenverantwortlich: Risiken, Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenziale erkennst du eigenständig und sorgst für die Umsetzung angemessener Maßnahmen.
  • Erfahrungen mit KI-Security sind ein willkommenes Extra.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
