dpa-IT Services GmbH ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Deutschen Presse-Agentur GmbH (dpa) und stellt die interne IT der gesamten dpa Gruppe weltweit zur Verfügung. Die Gestaltung der produktionskritischen Infrastruktur der dpa bildet den zentralen Arbeitsbereich in der Softwareentwicklung. Unser Kompetenzspektrum umfasst rein serverbasierte Systeme sowie Client- bzw. Serveranwendungen und Cloud Technologien mit unterschiedlichen Frontends auf der einen und gleichermaßen Architekturentwurf, Konzeption, Design und Implementierung auf der anderen Seite.

Wir suchen zum 01. November 2026 am Standort Hamburg oder Berlin einen Service Owner Workplace (m/w/d) unbefristet und in Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden).

Der Job + Die Verantwortung

  • Fachliche Führung des Services: Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung des Servicebereichs und sorgst für verlässliche Abläufe im Alltag. In dem Service verantwortest du in erster Linie unsere M365-Anwendungen, das Client Management und die Client Security, die Festlegung unserer Hard- und Software-Standards sowie den Betrieb unserer Windows-Server.
  • Strategische Planung und Roadmap-Entwicklung: Du planst die künftige Ausrichtung des Service, entwickelst eine praktische Roadmap und begleitest Veränderungen Schritt für Schritt.
  • Führung des Teams: Du führst das Team, förderst die Zusammenarbeit und hilfst dabei, ein gut eingespieltes Team aufzubauen.
  • Aufgaben strukturieren: Du behältst anstehende Aufgaben im Blick, ordnest sie nach Priorität und verteilst sie sinnvoll im Team.
  • Austausch & Problemklärung: Du sorgst für einen offenen Austausch, gehst praktische Herausforderungen direkt an und klärst Unstimmigkeiten frühzeitig.

Du + Deine Stärken

  • Technische und fachliche Kompentenz: Du bist in den Bereichen M365 inklusive Teams, SharePoint und E-Mail, Client Management und Software Deployment für Windows und Mac zu Hause. Idealerweise kennst du dich zudem mit dem Betrieb von Windows-Servern aus.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du drückst dich klar und verständlich aus, nimmst Bedenken auf und erreichst Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Teamkulturen.
  • Strategisches Denken: Du behältst die langfristigen Ziele im Blick und gehst Themen geordnet an.
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten: Du kannst Anliegen gut sortieren, Wichtiges priorisieren und Aufgaben passend abgeben.
  • Motivationsfähigkeit: Du schaffst es, das Team auch in bewegten oder unsicheren Zeiten mitzunehmen.
  • Problemlösungskompetenz: Bei Hürden im Alltag findest du praktikable und sachliche Lösungen.
  • Konfliktmanagement: Du greifst Spannungen rechtzeitig auf und klärst sie sachlich.
  • Teambuilding: Du hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, wie aus einzelnen Personen ein funktionierendes Team wird.
  • Feedbackkompetenz: Du gibst ehrliches, konstruktives Feedback und bist auch für Rückmeldungen offen.
  • Selbstorganisation: Auch wenn vieles gleichzeitig ansteht, bleibst du organisiert und setzt klare Schwerpunkte.
