Deine Aufgaben

Du bist ein vollwertiges Mitglied unseres Deal Teams, lernst die Tätigkeit eines Investment Professionals im Private Equity Sektor kennen und leistest Deinen Beitrag zum Wachstum unserer Unternehmensfamilie:

  • Aktive Mitarbeit in allen Phasen einer Transaktion sowie der Portfoliobetreuung
  • Begleitung von Unternehmensprüfungen durch beispielsweise die Erstellung von Markt - und Wettbewerbsanalyen, die Analyse von Business-Plänen und historischer Ertragskraft eines Unternehmens sowie die Aufbereitung des Produktportfolios
  • Mitarbeit und Unterstützung in der Unternehmensbewertung, der Erstellung des Finanzmodelles sowie im Verfassen der Investitionsanträge
  • Aktive Teilnahme an allen relevanten Team-Meetings sowie Expertengesprächen zur Evaluierung eines möglichen Investments

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossener Bachelor mit sehr guten Studienleistungen in den Bereichen BWL, VWL oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Relevante Vorerfahrung (mindestens ein absolviertes Praktikum) in den Bereichen Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity oder Unternehmensberatung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Accounting / Rechnungslegung sowie erste Erfahrung im Bereich Financial / LBO Modeling
  • Analytisches Denken sowie selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Spaß an der Arbeit in kleinen Teams mit dem Willen neue Sachverhalte zu lernen und zu verstehen
  • Verfügbarkeit von mindestens 12 Wochen in Vollzeit
