ITERACTII-DPI, basé à Castres (81), accompagne et améliore la relation clients de grands groupes nationaux et internationaux depuis plus de 35 ans et compte aujourd’hui plus de 180 collaborateurs. En septembre 2021, nous avons créé le groupe Iteractii, spécialiste de la performance de l’expérience client avec les marques Iteractii Relation Client (Castres, Annecy & Lyon) et Intuiti (Nantes). Notre mission : aider les entreprises à créer des expériences clients performantes et innovantes.

Vos missions

En tant que Chef de projet expérimenté, vous serez au cœur de deux enjeux majeurs :

  • Développement et fidélisation des comptes clients : Comprendre les enjeux business et anticiper les besoins. Identifier les opportunités de croissance (upsell, cross-sell) et contribuer activement au développement commercial du compte en collaboration avec le service Sales. Garantir une relation client proactive et stratégique, avec un reporting régulier et des solutions adaptées.
  • Innovation et intégration des technologies IA : Participer à la transformation des processus de production en intégrant des solutions innovantes (IA, automatisation, data). Être force de proposition pour améliorer la performance et l’expérience client grâce aux nouvelles technologies. Collaborer avec les équipes IT et Innovation pour déployer des projets à forte valeur ajoutée.

Vos missions liées à la production seront les suivantes :

  • Piloter et organiser la production des services pour vos clients, en garantissant qualité, délais et respect des engagements contractuels.
  • Manager les Team Leaders, en les accompagnant dans leur montée en compétence.
  • Gérer la relation client : suivi des projets, reporting, anticipation des besoins et proposition de solutions adaptées.
  • Analyser et suivre les indicateurs clés (KPI) pour optimiser la performance et la satisfaction client.
  • Participer aux phases d’avant-vente et contribuer au développement commercial (upsell, cross-sell).
  • Assurer la tenue des budgets et proposer des plans d’action pour améliorer la rentabilité et la qualité.

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac +3/5 en management, gestion de projet ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en pilotage de projets et relation client, idéalement dans un environnement orienté services.
  • Solide culture digitale et intérêt marqué pour les technologies IA et l’innovation.
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation, communication et leadership.
  • Capacité à gérer des situations complexes et à prendre des décisions rapides.
  • Qualités personnelles : autonomie, rigueur, sens du service, esprit d’équipe et orientation résultats.

Conditions du poste

  • Contrat : CDI
  • Démarrage : dès que possible
  • Temps de travail : 39 heures hebdomadaires
  • Rémunération : Entre 39k€ et 41k€ selon profil et expérience (fixe + primes)
