Fachspezialist/in Administration (m/w/d) 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Postverarbeitung sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Posteingangs und -ausgangs
  • Selbständige und termingerechte Fakturierung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Planung, Organisation und Koordination von internen und externen Events
  • Erkennen allgemeiner Sekretariats- und Administrationsarbeiten und selbständige Erledigung
  • Freundlicher und professioneller Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden/Gäste
  • Unterstützung der Teamleitung in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen sowie Übernahme der Stellvertretung bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Abläufe und Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleiterin

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Teamleitung bei Bedarf kompetent zu vertreten
  • Innovative, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
