DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Die Erstellung von Baustelleneinrichtungskonzepten für unsere Großprojekte im Bereich des Anlagenbaus und der Siedlungswasserwirtschaft.
  • Die praxisnahe Beratung unserer Planungsteams zu Belangen der Baustelleneinrichtung und der Baustellenlogistik.
  • Die Erarbeitung baustellenlogistischer Planungen, Konzepte und Leistungsverzeichnisse für unsere Auftraggeber in der öffentlichen Hand und der Industrie in unseren Teams aus Architekten, Bau- und Fachingenieuren und Konstrukteuren.
  • Die Unterstützung unserer Bauüberwacher bei der Umsetzung, Abrechnung und Abnahmen von baulogistischen Dienstleistungen auf den Baustellen.
  • Die Entwicklung von Standards für unsere Planungen in Bezug auf Baustelleneinrichtung und Logistik

WIR WÜNSCHEN UNS VON DIR

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Bauprojekt- oder Logistikmanagement, Technikerausbildung oder Meisterabschluss Bau
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in verantwortlicher Position in der Baulogistik bzw. in der Bauleitung.
  • Versiert im Umgang mit planenden Architekten und Ingenieuren, in der Zusammenarbeit mit privaten und öffentlichen Bauherren sowie bauausführenden Unternehmen.
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und digitale Arbeitsweise, idealerweise gepaart mit Kenntnissen im Umgang mit AVA-Software und Terminplanungssoftware
  • Sattelfest in der Umsetzung und Abrechnung von Bauverträgen nach VOB / Teile B und C.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1, C2)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
