DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Steuerung und Koordination öffentlich-rechtlicher Genehmigungsverfahren für Projekte der Energiewende und Erneuerbaren Energien
  • Abstimmung des Antragsumfangs und der erforderlichen Fachgutachten mit Behörden und internen sowie externen Fachbeteiligten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Genehmigungsverfahren nach BImSchG, WHG und Baurecht
  • Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Antrags- und Genehmigungsunterlagen
  • Koordination externer Fachgutachten (z.B. UVP, Immissionsschutz, Naturschutz, Lärm, Geruch, Luftschadstoffe)
  • Bewertung der Anlagen hinsichtlich Stand der Technik und BVT-Anforderungen
  • Prüfung der planungsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen sowie der Bauleitplanung
  • Begleitung des gesamten Genehmigungsverfahrens einschließlich Behördengesprächen, Scoping-Verfahren und Erörterungsterminen
  • Aktives Einwendungsmanagement und Kommunikation mit Behörden und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen zu Auflagen und Nebenbestimmungen
  • Beratung bei der Umsetzung behördlicher Anforderungen in die betriebliche Praxis

WIR WÜNSCHEN UNS VON DIR

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Umwelttechnik, Energietechnik, Regenerativen Energien, Biologie, Chemie, des technischen Umweltschutzes oder der Rechtswissenschaften
  • Erfahrung im Genehmigungsmanagement nach BImSchG und anderer einschlägiger Gesetze
  • Projektentwicklung- und/oder Projektmanagement-Kompetenz
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
