Für unsere Niederlassung Dresden (Freital) suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die Strukturen gestaltet, den Standort strategisch weiterentwickelt und Verantwortung für dessen Entwicklung übernimmt.

DEIN NEUER ARBEITSPLATZ

  • Du steuerst und entwickelst die Niederlassung in seiner Gesamtheit und gestaltest die strategische und wirtschaftliche Weiterentwicklung in deiner Region
  • Du stärkst die Marktposition von Born Ermel Ingenieure in der Region und betreibst aktive Akquise
  • Du verantwortest Budget, Kosten und Ergebnis
  • Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen gegenüber Auftraggebern, Partnern und Netzwerken
  • Du arbeitest eng und vertrauensvoll mit der Bereichsleitung zusammen – mit klar definierten Entscheidungs‑ und Handlungsspielräumen

  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten, Teams oder Organisationseinheiten
  • unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, Dinge weiterzuentwickeln
