Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisatorische und fachliche Führung des analytischen Labors der Qualitätskontrolle inklusive Aufgabenverteilung, Kapazitätsplanung und Priorisierung der Laborarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung eines GMP-konformen, effizienten und termingerechten Laborbetriebs unter Einhaltung interner Vorgaben, regulatorischer Anforderungen und Arbeitsschutzvorgaben
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserungen innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle
  • Transfer, Validierung und Verifizierung analytischer Methoden sowie Unterstützung bei methodischen Fragestellungen und analytischem Troubleshooting
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Genehmigung zulassungskonformer Vorgabedokumente wie Spezifikationen, SOPs, Prüfanweisungen und Prüfprotokolle sowie Sicherstellung ihrer Einhaltung
  • Verantwortung für die periodische Berichterstattung sowie für die Erstellung, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungs-, OOS-, Change-Control- und CAPA-Vorgängen
  • Überwachung der Requalifizierung, Wartung, Qualifizierung und Kalibrierung von Gerätschaften, Räumen und Einrichtungen im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Bezug, Qualifizierung und Freigabe von Standardsubstanzen
  • Sicherstellung der anfänglichen und fortlaufenden Schulung sowie fachlichen Qualifizierung der Mitarbeitenden im Laborbereich

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Chemie, Pharmazie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Schulung und Teamarbeit
  • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle oder in einem analytischen Laborumfeld, vorzugsweise unter GMP-Bedingungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich analytischer Methoden (HPLC, AAS, Titration, etc.), Methodenvalidierung, Methodentransfer
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Laborsoftware sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit LIMS- und ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für GMP-konforme Dokumentation

Zusätzliche Voraussetzungen

Aufgrund regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Sicherheitsstandards erfolgt die Einstellung unter der Voraussetzung einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung gemäß § 7 LuftSiG sowie der Vorlage eines Führungszeugnisses.
