Deine Aufgaben

  • Einsatz in der häuslichen Pflege rund um den Einsatzstandort
  • Durchführung der Pflege (SGB XI und SGB V)
  • Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung im Tagesgeschäft, bei Beratungsgesprächen und Aufnahmen
  • Verordnungs- und Rezeptmanagement
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation
  • Kommunikation mit behandelnden Ärzten und anderen Anbietern im Netzwerk
  • Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt Wundmanagement
  • Einsatz im Pool in unseren Pflegediensten im Kreis Gütersloh

Dein Profil

  • du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Kindergesundheits- und Krankenpflege), gern auch mit Erfahrung im ambulanten Bereich
  • du hast eine Zusatzqualifikation im Wundmanagement
  • du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis für Klasse B (früher 3)
  • du verfügst über die aktuellen Fachkenntnisse der pflegefachlichen Expertenstandards, Hygienemaßnahmen sowie Erster Hilfe oder sind bereit, sich diese in kurzer Zeit anzueignen.
  • du hast Interesse an IT-gestütztem Arbeiten, wir sind ein digitales Unternehmen
