  • den klassischen Weg über eine Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder einen vergleichbaren internationalen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft bzw. einem MINT-Fach (Bachelor oder Master) mitbringst

Welche Aufgaben dich bei uns erwarten:

  • du berätst unsere Mandanten proaktiv in steuerlicher Vertragsgestaltung, Unternehmensnachfolge und internationalen Steuerfragen vor Ort, in der Niederlassung oder auch aus dem Home-Office
  • du unterstützt unsere nationalen und internationalen Klienten in den Bereichen M&A und Private Equity Investments und betreust Konzerne im Bereich Transfer-Pricing und Tax Compliance
  • du bist zuständig für präaquisitorische Maßnahmen iZm M&A oder Nachfolgeplanungen sowie Tax Due-Diligence-Prüfungen, führst Unternehmensbewertungen durch und erstellst Gutachten für Betriebsprüfungen und gerichtliche Verfahren
  • dein Aufgabengebiet wird abgerundet durch die Themen Schenkungs- und Erbschaftssteuer sowie Selbstanzeigen
