Die Immobilien AG verfügt über ein eigenes internes Baumanagement. Wir beraten und vertreten unsere Bauherrschaften und Eigentümerschaften bei allen Sanierungsfragen rund um die Gebäude und die Gebäudetechnik.

Dein Job bei uns

Bei erwarten Dich vielseitige Umbau\- und Sanierungsprojekte, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein Team, das gemeinsam anpackt:

  • Du begleitest Bauprojekte von der Ausschreibung bis zur Übergabe
  • Du koordinierst Handwerker und Unternehmer und hältst auf der Baustelle die Fäden zusammen
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Termine, Qualität und Kosten stimmen
  • Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst Du eigene Projekte oder wächst Schritt für Schritt in die Bauleitung hinein

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine Ausbildung im Bauwesen ( Zeichner:in, Techniker:in oder Bauleiter:in)
  • Erste Erfahrung auf dem Bau oder bereits einige Jahre in der Bauleitung
  • Freude am Organisieren, Koordinieren und selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Eine offene, unkomplizierte Art und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit dem PC; WinBau\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
