Dafür trägst Du die Verantwortung

Du liebst Immobilien, Du schätzt den Kontakt mit Menschen und begleitest Kundinnen und Kunden mit Engagement und Fachkompetenz? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

  • Selbstständige Erstvermietung von Neubau\- und Sanierungsprojekten im Wohn\- und Gewerbebereich, von der Vermarktungsplanung bis zur Übergabe
  • Erarbeitung von Vermietungskonzepten, Mietzinsgestaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherrschaften, Investor:innen und Architekt:innen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen, Bewerberdossierprüfung sowie Abschluss von Mietverträgen
  • Vermarktung von Wohneigentum, Mehrfamilienhäusern und Geschäftsliegenschaften inkl. Erstellung von Verkaufsdokumentationen
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Eigentümer:innen während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses bis zur Beurkundung
  • Durchführung von Markt\- und Verkehrswertschätzungen sowie Mietzinseinschätzungen
  • Akquisition von neuen Mandaten und Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Pflege des Kunden\- und Interessentenstammes im CRM
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und professionellen Servicequalität

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Vermarktung von Erstvermietungsprojekten
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Immobilienverkauf
  • Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich von Vorteil (z.B. Sachbearbeiter:in Immobilienbewirtschaftung, Immobilienvermarkter:in oder vergleichbar)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigeninitiative Gute Kenntnisse in MS\-Office, Garaio REM und SMG\-Tools
