Office manager medische praktijk Vive la Vie (25 u/week) – Keerbergen

Vive la Vie is een gynaecologische praktijk in Keerbergen die volop groeit. Vanaf 2027 werken we met een groter team: een verpleegkundige, een menopauzeconsulent, twee diëtistes, een seksuologe en een homeopaat. Daarnaast organiseren we lezingen en events.

Daarom zoek ik een office manager die mijn rechterhand wordt. Iemand die meedenkt, initiatief neemt en mee zorg draagt voor de praktijk.

Wat je doet

Je bent het eerste gezicht en de eerste stem van de praktijk. Je verwelkomt patiënten en beantwoordt de telefoon, in het Nederlands en waar nodig in het Frans of Engels.

Je beheert de agenda’s, houdt dossiers op orde en verzorgt brieven naar patiënten. Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van bloedresultaten, zodat elke patiënte tijdig antwoord krijgt.

Ook achter de schermen houd je alles mee draaiende: bestellingen, lokalen en afspraken met partners. Je neemt de praktische organisatie van onze socials, lezingen en events op jou, van inschrijvingen en communicatie tot de opvolging.

Je ziet wat er nodig is en neemt zaken zelfstandig in handen. Het geeft mij rust te weten dat jij ze opvolgt, zodat ik mijn aandacht aan mijn patiënten kan geven.

Wie we zoeken

Je bent vriendelijk en empathisch. Je voelt aan dat een warm onthaal veel kan betekenen voor iemand die met zorgen binnenkomt.

Je bent enthousiast, hebt zin om mee te bouwen aan onze praktijk en bewaart ook op drukke dagen het overzicht. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt van structuur en kunt schakelen als een dag anders loopt dan gepland. Je gaat vanzelfsprekend discreet om met medische en persoonlijke gegevens.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je aan de telefoon behelpen in het Frans en het Engels.

Een specifiek diploma vragen we niet. Ervaring in een medische praktijk of met medische software (wij werken met Mediris) is een pluspunt.
