Das erwartet Dich

Lastschriften: Du kümmerst Dich um die reibungslose Abwicklung von Lastschrifteinzügen und begeisterst unsere Kunden mit einem erstklassigen Service.

Internationaler Zahlungsverkehr: Du sorgst für die pünktliche Auszahlung von Versicherungsbeiträgen und Leistungserstattungen und trägst damit direkt zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Inkasso: Gemeinsam mit dem Team übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für alle inkassorelevanten Vorgänge und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.

Dokumentation & Administration: Du dokumentierst Kunden- und Vertragsdaten präzise im AMS-System und bringst dabei Deine Sorgfalt und Dein Organisationstalent ein.

Das bringst Du mit

Fachliche Kompetenz: Mit einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung und erster Erfahrung in der Zahlungsabwicklung bist Du bestens vorbereitet, um unser Team tatkräftig zu unterstützen.

Zahlenaffinität: Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und behältst auch bei komplexen Zusammenhängen den Überblick, um die Anliegen unserer Kund:innen kompetent zu lösen.

Teamgeist & Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, packst Aufgaben selbstständig an und trägst so zum Erfolg des Teams bei.

Digital Mindset: Digitale Technologien sind für Dich kein Hindernis, sondern ein Werkzeug! Du bist digital affin und kannst Dich schnell in neue Programme und Tools einarbeiten.

Englischkenntnisse: Dein Englisch ist gut, aber nicht perfekt? Kein Problem – wir unterstützen Dich beim Ausbau Deiner Skills. Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind bei uns ebenfalls willkommen.
