Accountabilities:

  • Build, configure, and maintain promotional bonus offers, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with defined promotion rules and requirements.
  • Test promotional offers before launch to verify eligibility criteria, reward calculations, offer mechanics, customer messaging, and overall functionality.
  • Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot discrepancies or technical issues affecting promotional offers, coordinating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Partner with CRM and marketing teams to align target audiences, promotional messaging, terms and conditions, launch schedules, and offer requirements.
  • Monitor active promotions to identify errors, unexpected behavior, or performance issues, helping resolve problems promptly and minimize customer impact.
  • Validate promotional configurations and operational workflows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a reliable customer rewards experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve promotional setup, testing, monitoring, and quality assurance processes.
  • Explore and apply automation, AI tools, and process enhancements to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain clear documentation of promotional requirements, testing procedures, identified issues, and corrective actions.
  • Manage multiple promotional tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistently high standards of execution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in loyalty operations, promotional campaign management, quality assurance, or a related operational role.
  • Experience working with promotional offers, rewards programs, or rules-based systems, with the ability to interpret and follow detailed requirements accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset, particularly when configuring offers, validating eligibility rules, and checking customer-facing communications.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate potential causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
  • Experience using data, reports, dashboards, or operational tools to monitor activity, validate outcomes, and identify performance issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, CRM, customer experience, and technical teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn new systems, improve workflows, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline processes, improve operational quality, and increase productivity.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SQL, Sigma, Tableau, or similar data querying, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with campaign management, promotional testing, quality assurance procedures, or customer loyalty platforms.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States.
  • Willingness to obtain a gaming license from the appropriate state regulatory authority if required for the position.
  • Annual base salary: $54,400–$68,000 USD, depending on work location, relevant skills, experience, education, and training.
  • Additional compensation: Bonus and equity opportunities may be available, as applicable to the role and compensation package.
  • Employment type: Full-time position.
  • Work arrangement: Remote within the United States.
  • Technology-driven environment: Opportunities to work with AI tools, automation, and operational technologies that support customer engagement and loyalty.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
