As a Live Chat Agent at Dragonfly Homes by Mindy, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support through our online chat platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
