The posting

At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.

About the Role:

Dragos is seeking a principal-level Product Advisor to join the Product team building world-class ICS cybersecurity products. You will work closely with the product team, internal stakeholders, and customers to advise on an effective product roadmap in support of EU-regulated critical infrastructure sectors. This role will overlay our existing Product Teams and act as a trusted technical advisor that defines and drives our approach for supporting NIS-2 and related EU OT cybersecurity requirements across our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Product Strategy and inputs across Product Teams for NIS-2 compliance, and related sector-specific OT cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
  • Capture and relay detailed feedback on customer needs, implementation challenges, and platform capabilities specific to EU critical infrastructure operators, with particular focus on energy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to EU customers, helping them to understand how Dragos Platform supports NIS-2 including risk management obligations, OT asset visibility requirements, and their ability to demonstrate compliance posture to national competent authorities.
  • Represent the company in EU industry forums, conferences, and publications to reinforce Dragos’ leadership in OT cybersecurity and EU regulatory compliance including ENISA working groups, national cybersecurity agency events, and sector-specific industry bodies.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders to position the ability of the Dragos Platform to support industry-specific needs, including NIS-2 compliance.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and create educational content that highlights compliance capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify EU business opportunities, communicating relevant use cases, costs, and business case justifications.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to make decisions regarding trade-offs in features, timelines, resources, and quality, ensuring alignment with EU market needs and business goals.
  • Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritizing future development efforts for the EU market.
  • Independently measure, track, and provide plans to improve product KPIs which will drive process improvements and future product enhancements for the EU market.
  • Play a key role in shaping the EU go-to-market strategy and provide compelling narratives for successful launch activities.
  • Provide mentorship to senior and junior product managers, helping to elevate overall team capabilities and knowledge related to EU OT cybersecurity regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Direct experience in an OT environment - either on the customer side or experience having built or supported an OT security product.
  • Demonstrated expertise in NIS-2 and its application in OT environments, including a working understanding of national-level implementation variation across EU member states.
  • Experience working within or in partnership with a regulated entity or competent authority (e.g., an energy operator, critical infrastructure owner, national cybersecurity authority, or sector regulator) is strongly preferred, particularly in roles involving compliance program development, regulatory engagement, or OT cybersecurity.
  • Established working relationships with key stakeholders in EU critical infrastructure sectors, including operators, national competent authorities, CSIRTs, and sector-specific industry bodies.
  • Familiarity with the NIS-2 management liability provisions under Article 20 and experience engaging executive or board-level stakeholders on cybersecurity governance and risk ownership.
  • Familiarity with complementary EU regulatory frameworks relevant to OT environments, including the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and DORA, and how they interact with NIS-2 obligations for covered entities.
  • 7+ years of experience building or maintaining enterprise security products.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data.
  • Ability to educate and influence internal teams on EU compliance priorities and foster a culture of regulatory alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, executives, customers, and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel (~25%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.

Preferred:

  • Experience presenting at industry events and contributing to thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, or webinars.
  • EU language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Dutch) is a plus.
  • Depth in at least one major member state (e.g., Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, or the Nordics). (preferred)

Compensation:

  • Salary: £120,000.00
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
