Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 3lpa

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) . The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have a strong command over Excel, and be proficient in Canva and AI tools. This is a full-time, office-based role that demands high professionalism, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:Act as a primary point of contact for the _ internally and externally.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Excel, Canva, and AI-based tools.
  • Assist with business planning, market research, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
  • Draft professional emails, memos, and communication materials.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Canva, and AI tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must own a laptop.
