Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du erfasst die Rezepte unserer Kundinnen und Kunden und verwaltest diese.
  • Du bist für die Abrechnung unserer Versorgungen mitverantwortlich.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Artikelverwaltung und die Prozesse, die damit zusammenhängen.
  • Du bist für das Controlling der offenen Versorgungsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst zuständig.
  • Du nimmst Aufträge und Anfragen unserer Kunden telefonisch und per Mail entgegen und leitest diese intern weiter.
  • Du wirst in unsere Branchensoftware eingelernt und übernimmst hier vielfältige und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten.
  • Du kommunizierst mit Kostenträgern und Endkunden für eine effiziente Auftragsabwicklung.

Ihr Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kaufmann*frau für Büromanagement oder für Gesundheitswesen (auch Quereinsteiger möglich).
  • Mit MS Office-Anwendungen gehst du sicher um.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und wirtschaftlich, bist belastbar und teamorientiert.
  • Empathie, Freundlichkeit und kommunikatives sowie kundenorientierten Auftreten und Handeln liegen dir im Blut.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast Freude, dich engagiert einzubringen.
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist bereit, Neues zu lernen.
  • Du hast gute PC-Kenntnisse und bist bereit, deine Kenntnisse auszubauen.
