The posting

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, ágil e mão na massa para atuar com Recrutamento & Seleção,em um ambiente colaborativo e com oportunidade de desenvolvimento e crescimento interno.

Suas principais atividades:

  • Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta;
  • Realizar alinhamento de perfil das vagas com gestores e sócios;
  • Divulgar vagas em diferentes canais;
  • Realizar triagem, contatos e entrevistas por competências;
  • Elaborar pareceres e encaminhar candidatos aos gestores;
  • Acompanhar candidatos durante as etapas do processo;
  • Apoiar gestores nas decisões de contratação;
  • Atualizar planilhas, controles e status das vagas;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de R&S, como volume de candidatos, SLA, tempo de fechamento e conversão do funil.

O que buscamos neste perfil profissional:

  • Experiência anterior com Recrutamento & Seleção;
  • Vivência com alto volume de vagas;
  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Excel ou Google Sheets;
  • Noções de indicadores de R&S e SLA;
  • Organização, senso de urgência e boa comunicação.
  • Capacidade de conduzir múltiplos processos simultaneamente;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com gestores e diferentes perfis profissionais.

Será um diferencial:

  • Familiaridade com ferramentas ATS para gestão de vagas e acompanhamento de processos seletivos;
  • Vivência com recrutamento de perfis comerciais e técnicos.
