Sua rotina:

  • Realizar prospecção ativa (ligações, WhatsApp, indicações e parcerias).
  • Qualificar leads e entender necessidades antes de passar ao time de vendas.
  • Nutrir relacionamento com potenciais clientes até o agendamento.
  • Alimentar e organizar informações no CRM.
  • Trabalhar com metas claras de contatos, agendamentos e oportunidades.
  • Colaborar com marketing e vendas para melhorar scripts e abordagens.
  • Trazer feedbacks de mercado para aprimorar ofertas e processos.

Indispensável:

  • Experiência como SDR, Pré-vendas, Inside Sales ou Prospecção Ativa.
  • Vivência em ambiente comercial com metas agressivas e rotina de alta produtividade.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, persuasão e escuta ativa.
  • Organização para registrar e acompanhar todos os contatos em CRM.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Goiânia, conforme alinhamento interno.
  • Perfil mão na massa, resiliente e orientado a resultados.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em clínicas, saúde, estética, beleza ou bem-estar.
  • Atuação anterior com vendas consultivas de serviços de alto valor.
  • Domínio de scripts de vendas, cadências e playbooks comerciais.
  • Vivência em televendas pode ser relevante.
  • Conforto em falar sobre autoestima, imagem pessoal e transformação de vida.
  • Remuneração fixa compatível com o mercado (PJ).
  • Premiação variável agressiva por performance. (Média R$ 6.000,00)
