Jouw rol

Als behandelaar binnen het Ontwikkelings- en Gedragsteam bied je intensieve, individuele behandeling aan kinderen van 4 tot 11 jaar met een ontwikkelingsachterstand, vaak in combinatie met (een vermoeden van) autismespectrumstoornis (ASS).

Je richt je op gedragsproblematiek en het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden op het gebied van communicatie, zelfredzaamheid en sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling. Daarnaast:

  • Bied je behandeling op locatie én in de thuissituatie;
  • Werk je nauw samen met ouders en professionals volgens het principe Eén kind, één plan;
  • Signaleer je behoeften en knelpunten binnen het systeem van het kind;
  • Lever je maatwerk en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen;
  • Werk je methodisch en doelgericht, met observatie, analyse en evaluatie als basis;
  • Zet je spel in als middel om ontwikkeling en leermomenten te stimuleren;
  • Volg je na een half jaar de verplichte ABAT-opleiding en krijg je hiermee de kans om door te groeien naar senior behandelaar (FWG 45).

Wie jij bent

Je bent een betrokken en stevige professional met affiniteit voor kinderen met een ontwikkelingsachterstand. Je combineert sensitiviteit met daadkracht en blijft rustig en professioneel, ook bij complexe gedragsvraagstukken. Daarnaast:

  • Werk je gestructureerd én flexibel;
  • Neem je verantwoordelijkheid en durf je beslissingen te nemen;
  • Werk je graag samen en sta je open voor ontwikkeling en feedback;
  • Heb je een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Pedagogiek;
  • Heb je kennis van gedragsproblematiek en verstandelijke beperkingen;
  • Heb je ervaring met gedragsanalyse of ben je bereid dit te leren;
  • Beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Heb je een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.

Jouw werkomgeving

Je werkt binnen de kinderdagcentra van Driestroom of ambulant, bijvoorbeeld op scholen of bij andere organisaties. Je bent actief in de regio Arnhem, Nijmegen en Tiel, met Nijmegen/Elst als standplaats. Je komt terecht in een klein, professioneel en betrokken team. Hoewel je zelfstandig werkt, kun je altijd rekenen op je collega’s. Je start met een zorgvuldig inwerktraject, zodat je goed voorbereid aan de slag gaat.

Wat wij jou bieden

  • Een salaris van € 2.893 tot € 3.902 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur per week, FWG 40, cao GHZ);

  • Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
