The posting

Associate Solutions Consultant

Position Summary: We are seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to drive the ideation, intake, and delivery of use cases once an enterprise agreement has been signed. This role sits within Solutions Consulting and picks up where a deal's signature leaves off: structuring new use cases as a client's book of work grows, running the intake process that turns scattered client requirements into a connected customer experience. The ideal candidate finds energy in sustained account partnership rather than deal-by-deal pursuit, and wants to go deep on the full lifespan of an enterprise relationship instead of discovery-to-proposal in isolation.

This role supports active enterprise accounts across the Solutions Consulting team. It does not report to, or sit under, an individual Solutions Consultant.

Who You Are:

You're driven and organized at your core; someone who keeps a dozen moving pieces straight without being asked twice, and who pushes work to its next step rather than waiting to be told. You're energized by what happens after a deal closes: turning a signed agreement into a living roadmap of use cases that builds, one connected moment at a time, toward a fuller customer experience. Working with a client often over a year or more. You're comfortable with the technical details that come with it: data flows, triggers, what the platform can and can't do today, but you don't treat the existing toolkit as a ceiling. You get real satisfaction from looking at what Drips already has and finding a creative way to combine it to solve a client's next use case, rather than assuming every ask means new product requirement. You can hold several in-flight use cases under one agreement at once, each on its own clock, without losing sight of what's scoped and what's waiting on the client. And above all, you partner naturally with the Solutions Consultant, Implementation, Client Success, and Product who build and run what you ideate. This role only creates value in the handoff, so earning trust across teams has to be instinct, not an afterthought.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Post-Signature Use Case Ideation: Partner with client business owners to identify, structure, and sequence new use cases under an existing enterprise agreement, determining what's new build versus reusable functionality, and connecting each one into the client's broader experience rather than treating it as a standalone addition.
  • Own Client Use Case Intake: Maintain intake templates and project spec guides for client business owners.
  • Sequence Discovery Against Governance Timelines: Work backward from the client's go-live date and internal governance cycles to schedule discovery sessions per client business owner as intake forms return, coordinating with a client-side PMO or strategic projects function where one exists.
  • Support Delivery Handoff: Help transfer scope, rationale, and design intent to Implementation, Production, UX, and Client Success at kickoff, and stay a point of continuity for design-intent questions during build.
  • Carry Post-Sales Follow-Through: Submit and track product and feature requests tied to a signed agreement, report request timelines back to the client, and chase Product/Engineering when a request is closed, absorbed, or deprioritized.
  • Maintain Use Case Records: Keep UCA inventory attachment, use case status, and related Salesforce records accurate and current across every active use case under an enterprise agreement.
  • Partner Without Owning the Deal: Work closely with the Solutions Consultant(s) and Director assigned to an enterprise account, escalating business-case, pricing, or scope decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1 to 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation, client success, cross-functional project coordination, or a related client-facing or technical-delivery role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with or exposure to healthcare, insurance, education, or another highly regulated industry a plus; demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a regulated market considered equally.
  • Strong organizational discipline — demonstrated ability to track multiple concurrent workstreams against different timelines without losing detail.
  • Comfort building and refining structured intake templates or processes, and iterating them based on what does and doesn't work with real stakeholders.
  • Working familiarity with use-case or requirements documentation (e.g., PSGs, BRDs) a plus; willingness to learn Drips' documentation standards required.
  • Familiarity and comfort with discussing data integration concepts and effectively translating and communicating technical requirements to both IT and business stakeholders. (APIs, flat-file/SFTP exchange).
  • Strong Salesforce discipline and comfort maintaining accurate use case and case records.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort coordinating directly with client business owners and internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Comfort operating without formal authority, and the judgment to know when to escalate rather than resolve.

Applicant Instructions: All applicants are asked to submit a cover letter alongside their resume that contains the following details:

  1. Include two or more of the Key Responsibilities listed above that you have direct experience with and feel confident discussing.
  2. Mention the Drips core value (available on our website) you embody the most.
  3. Include your salary requirements or range.
  4. Keep the cover letter under 250 words.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
