Le chantier se situe au Luxembourg.GESTION DU CHANTIER ET DES ÉQUIPES:Organiser et encadrer les équipes de câbleurs : affectation des tâches, cadence, qualité d'exécutionPréparer le chantier : lecture des plans et synoptiques, implantation, définition des cheminements, quantitatifsGérer les approvisionnements, le stockage et la consommation du matériel sur siteSuivre l'avancement et tenir le planning, alerter en amont sur les dérivesÊtre l'interlocuteur du donneur d'ordre et des autres corps d'état en réunion de chantierFaire appliquer les règles de sécurité (VCA), les consignes client et les procédures d'accès au siteAssurer le pointage des équipes et le reporting à la directionPILOTAGE TECHNIQUE:Tirage et cheminement de câbles data cuivre (S/FTP Cat.6A / Cat.7)Raccordement et sertissage de prises RJ45 et de keystonesBrassage, dressage et repérage en baie : panneaux de brassage, guide-câbles, étiquetage normaliséMontage et équipement de baies informatiques (bandeaux, PDU, ventilation, mise à la terre)Raccordement fibre optique : pigtails, tiroirs optiquesPiloter la recette : mesures cuivre (classe E / EA), contrôles optiques, constitution des dossiers de recette et des PVPROFIL RECHERCHÉ – INDISPENSABLE:Certificat VCA en cours de validité (obligatoire)5 ans minimum d'expérience en câblage data, dont au moins 2 ans en encadrement d'équipe sur chantierMaîtrise technique réelle du métier : RJ45 et keystones, panneaux de brassage, baies informatiques, cheminementsMaîtrise de la recette cuivre et optique, et capacité à lire et faire corriger un rapport de certificationLecture de plans, quantitatifs et suivi d'avancementHabilitations électriques à jourSens de l'organisation : vous tenez un planning et une équipePermis B et véhicule personnelPROFIL RECHERCHÉ – APPRÉCIÉNormes EN 50173 / ISO-IEC 11801Expérience en tertiaire de grande surface ou en data centerÀ l'aise avec le reporting chiffré et un outil de suivi de chantierFormation nacelle, secourismeAnglais, allemand ou luxembourgeois : un plusLE CONTRATContrat de travail luxembourgeois à durée déterminée, conclu pour la durée du chantierLieu de travail : chantier au LuxembourgRémunération selon expérience et qualificationTéléphone et outillage professionnel fournisFormations en entreprisePermis B et véhicule personnel obligatoires (véhicule non fourni)
