The posting

We are seeking a reliable and detail- oriented Detailer/Lot Attendant to support daily operations at our Dive Now automotive facility in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for the vehicle movement, car interior and exterior detailing, quality control support and maintaining a clean and organized service environment. This is a Full-Time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move vehicles to and from the service department, including parking, staging and retrieval.
  • Performs deep, meticulous cleaning, and interior restoration
  • Assist technicians with efficient vehicle handling.
  • Conduct quality control drives and report visible or operational concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, service drive and shop areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
  • Professional experience in automotive detailing, polishing, and buffing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify basic vehicle issues.
  • Ability to lift, carry or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Dependable, punctual and team oriented.
