A Consultora de Vendas é responsável por proporcionar uma experiência de atendimento diferenciada aos clientes, atuando de forma ativa na abordagem, orientação e venda de produtos de perfumaria, beleza, dermocosméticos, cuidados pessoais e itens complementares.

Seu papel vai além de apenas atender: a consultora deve identificar as necessidades do cliente, apresentar soluções adequadas, explicar benefícios, características e formas de uso dos produtos, agregando valor à venda e contribuindo para o aumento do ticket médio da loja.

Entre suas principais atividades estão: abordar todos os clientes que circulam pela loja, realizar atendimento consultivo e humanizado, sugerir produtos complementares, acompanhar lançamentos e tendências do mercado, manter a área de vendas organizada, limpa e atrativa, auxiliar na montagem de displays e pontos extras, cuidar da boa apresentação das gôndolas e contribuir para que a loja esteja sempre bonita, abastecida e preparada para receber bem os clientes.

A consultora também deve apoiar a organização do estoque da área de perfumaria, sinalizar rupturas, sugerir oportunidades de compra e colaborar com a equipe para o alcance das metas da loja, sempre prezando por um atendimento encantador, ético e focado na satisfação do cliente.

  • Abordar o cliente, oferecer os produtos da campanha do momento e incentivar a venda por impulso.
  • Prestar atendimento com cordialidade, empatia e foco na experiência do cliente.
  • Estar atualizada sobre lançamentos em perfumaria, itens em alta e tendências.
  • Indicar produtos e explicar seus benefícios de forma clara.
  • Saber sobre cada tipo de pele e a indicação para cada uma (ter pelo menos uma noção sobre skincare)
  • Anotar o telefone dos clientes sempre que houver intenção de encomenda.
  • Acompanhar se a reposição está sendo feita corretamente e alertar o supervisor em caso de falhas.
  • Organizar e limpar as prateleiras de dermocosméticos.
  • Auxiliar na limpeza e organização das prateleiras, especialmente a seção de perfumaria.
  • Organizar cestões e pontas de gôndola de forma atrativa (com o apoio da Repositora).
  • Ajudar e orientar a repositora nas reposições (seguindo PVPS) sempre que possível.
  • Acompanhar e ajudar na organização e limpeza do estoque, quando necessário.
  • Controlar a validade dos produtos da perfumaria
  • Enviar sugestões de produtos em alta ou lançamentos para o setor de compras, via falteiro.
  • Comunicar farmacêuticos dos produtos proximos ao vencimento para que seja feito o lançamento nos pré vencidos
  • Estar sempre atenta aos furtos
  • Precificar toda a área externa da loja
