O Operador(a) de Caixa é responsável por realizar o atendimento aos clientes, registrando produtos e efetuando o recebimento de valores. Além disso, é incumbido de manter a organização do caixa e auxiliar na resolução de eventuais problemas relacionados ao pagamento. Este profissional deve possuir habilidades de comunicação, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes.

  • Realizar o atendimento aos clientes de forma cortês e eficiente.
  • Registrar os produtos corretamente no sistema de vendas.
  • Efetuar o recebimento de valores em dinheiro, cartão ou outros meios de pagamento.
  • Manter a organização do caixa, garantindo a correta separação de notas e moedas.
  • Auxiliar na resolução de eventuais problemas relacionados a pagamentos, como troco errado ou falhas no sistema.
  • Realizar o fechamento do caixa ao final do expediente, conferindo os valores registrados.
