Local de trabalho: Posto de Atendimento – 506 Sul

Atividades: Realizar atendimento e fornecer informações aos beneficiários, colaboradores, fornecedores e outros; Apoiar e realizar processos administrativos como compras, cadastro, reembolsos, processos financeiros, controle de documentos, análise de contratos e monitoramento dos chamados da ouvidoria, conforme procedimento da Fundação; Analisar recursos de glosas por parte dos prestadores de serviços; Acompanhar a prestação de serviços executados por fornecedores externos; Acompanhar o estoque de insumos da área e realizar pedidos de materiais à unidade responsável; Acompanhar processos de subsídio de prestadores estratégicos (e-mails, reclamações de beneficiários, ouvidorias, fale conosco, confecções de termos aditivos e/ou contratos e situações diárias dos prestadores), quando necessário; Realizar processos cadastrais, análise de processos de reembolso, conferência de notas fiscais, registro de protocolo em sistema e demais documentos aos setores competentes de acordo com protocolos internos.

Formação: Ensino Médio completo. Desejável Ensino Superior na área de atuação em curso.

Requisitos: A partir de 06 meses de experiência na área. Conhecimentos básicos sobre a regulação e resoluções da Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS). Conhecimento em atendimento ao público. Conhecimentos básicos em rotinas administrativas e/ou financeiras. Conhecimentos básicos em pacotes de aplicativos de escritório (ênfase em editor de texto e planilhas de cálculos). Desejável conhecimento em operadoras de planos de saúde.
