Atividades: Apoiar o recebimento, registro e acompanhamento de demandas regulatórias, especialmente da ANS; auxiliar no controle de prazos e na atualização de planilhas, sistemas e controles internos; organizar e conferir documentos para NIPs, processos administrativos e demais demandas; realizar pesquisas em normas e atos da ANS; auxiliar na análise de ofícios, notificações e manifestações; apoiar a solicitação e consolidação de informações junto às áreas internas; auxiliar na elaboração de minutas, relatórios, indicadores e apresentações; organizar e atualizar bases de dados e históricos documentais; auxiliar na tramitação e arquivamento de documentos no SEI e demais sistemas; participar de reuniões, treinamentos e demais atividades administrativas e técnicas da Coordenação.

Formação: Ensino Superior em andamento nos cursos de Direito e Administração, preferencialmente a partir do 4º semestre.

Conhecimentos Técnicos: Conhecimentos em Direito Administrativo e Regulatório, Saúde Suplementar, processos administrativos, interpretação e análise de normas e documentos oficiais, LGPD, gestão documental, Excel e ferramentas do Microsoft 365. Desejável conhecimento básico em Power BI, gestão de processos, controles internos e sistemas como o SEI (Sistema Eletrônico de Informações).
