We are a high-energy, close-knit team that operates with speed, precision, and a relentless focus on results! Though small, our impact is huge—we collaborate closely, support each other, and drive excellence across every stage of the hiring journey.

Role Purpose & Impact

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator plays a critical, candidate-facing role in driving operational excellence across our recruiting processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As a key brand ambassador for Druva, this role is essential to our hiring success—coordinating interviews, managing direct candidate interactions, and ensuring a best-in-class, high-touch experience from first touch to offer. You will also lead efforts to optimize talent acquisition systems, processes, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, is passionate about creating efficient processes, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for onsite interviews, managing logistics, ensuring interviewer readiness, and creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Champion a top-tier, highly personal candidate experience in close collaboration with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers by ensuring timely follow-ups, warm candidate interactions, and clear communication throughout the interview lifecycle.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms (company website, job boards, and social media).
  • Manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with pre-employment screenings, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.
  • Support talent operations efforts and processes to improve team efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist with cross-functional initiatives, including onboarding support and collaboration with other HR functions to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Track key candidate experience metrics, create insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the recruiting team.
  • Support employer branding and talent branding initiatives to elevate Druva’s reputation as an employer of choice across social channels and recruiting campaigns.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a candidate-facing HR role with a strong focus on candidate experience, systems, and process management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) is strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of recruitment workflows, ATS administration, and recruiting metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and candidate engagement.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent ownership, follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing coordination for high-priority roles, supporting onsite interview programs, or collaborating with external agencies.
  • Ability to leverage AI to enhance operational efficiency, applying strong critical thinking and sound judgement to ensure output quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.

What Success Looks Like

  • 3-Month Milestones (Onboarding & Execution): Master interview coordination workflows and Greenhouse ATS processes; establish seamless communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. 6-Month Milestones (Optimization & Ownership): Streamline scheduling cycle times toward the target of ≤2 business days; optimize ATS data hygiene to maintain consistent ≥90% accuracy; drive end-to-end candidate experience initiatives and support employer branding efforts. 12-Month Milestones (Scale & Leadership): Sustain top-tier process adherence (95–100%) and scorecard completion across all recruitment tracks; spearhead continuous improvement projects for talent operations, systems, and candidate sentiment metrics.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Innovation is how we operate, not a side project. You’ll work in a culture that values bold thinking and continuous improvement, where global teams experiment, iterate, and turn new ideas into products customers can rely on.

If you’re looking for high-ownership work, visible impact, and a culture that values innovation, collaboration, accountability, and growth—where you’ll be trusted to lead and empowered to build—you’ll thrive at Druva.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
