DS Stålkonstruktion er en del af DS Gruppen – Nordens største stålproducent med en årlig produktion på mere end 40.000 tons. Vi leverer kvalitetsløsninger til byggeprojekter i hele Norden og Tyskland, hvor vores konstruktioner spænder fra industri og landbrug til datacentre og arkitektonisk komplekse byggerier. Hos os arbejder vi med både små og store projekter, altid med fokus på høj faglighed, kvalitet og fleksibilitet.

Hos DS Stålkonstruktion søger vi en engageret og handlekraftig formand til vores nathold, der kan lede og planlægge vores produktion og samtidig være synlig på gulvet og tæt på medarbejderne.

Din rolle

Som sjakbajs på natholdet får du ansvaret for den daglige ledelse og koordinering af produktionen. Du skal sikre, at opgaverne bliver løst effektivt, at ressourcerne udnyttes optimalt, og at medarbejderne har de bedste forudsætninger for at levere den høje kvalitet, som er vores varemærke.

Du er ikke typen, der leder fra din kontorplads. Du er synlig i produktionen, taler med medarbejderne og går forrest, når der er behov for det. Du kan både bevare helikopterperspektivet og tage arbejdshandskerne på.

Dine opgaver bliver blandt andet at:

  • Sikre en effektiv og velfungerende produktion.
  • Planlægge og koordinere dagens opgaver og ressourcer.
  • Optimere udnyttelsen af maskiner, truckkapacitet og bemanding.
  • Skabe overblik og sikre fremdrift gennem hele vagten.
  • Understøtte et godt samarbejde og en respektfuld omgangstone.

Hvem er du?

Du har erfaring som formand, sjakbajs eller lignende i en produktionsvirksomhed. Du ved, hvad det vil sige at skabe resultater gennem mennesker, og du motiveres af at få både produktion og medarbejdere til at lykkes.

Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:

  • Har stærke planlægnings- og koordineringsevner og er i stand til at bevare et stærkt overblik.
  • Har en god teknisk forståelse og interesse for maskiner og produktionsudstyr.
  • Kan træffe beslutninger og tage ansvar ligesom du er initiativrig og har et stort, naturligt drive.
  • Trives med at agere rollemodel for dine medarbejdere og kolleger og møder andre mennesker med respekt og ordentlighed.
  • Kan kommunikere problemfrit på både dansk og engelsk.

Det er en fordel, hvis du tidligere har arbejdet på nat- eller skiftehold, og derfor ved, at du kan trives med nattearbejde.

Dine arbejdstider vil være mandag til torsdag fra 23.35-07.02 og søndag fra 21.35-07.02. Du vil derudover indgå i en vagtordning sammen med en kollega, hvor I deles om at have vagttelefonen i forbindelse med weekender, helligdage og særlige spidsbelastningsperioder.
