  • On-Site Coordination: Direct and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and trade partners.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct regular hazard inspections, and ensure compliance with local codes.
  • Schedule & Quality Control: Monitor daily progress against project timelines, inspect construction work, and verify alignment with blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Resource Management: Track material deliveries, equipment availability, and site logistics (such as cranes, hoists, and access routes).
  • Reporting & Communication: Update project managers, architects, and stakeholders on site status, budget metrics, and any emerging issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Education not much required, But Preferred overseas experience.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts,
  • Able to do hardworking,
  • willing to work weekend and public holiday when required.
