Die S-Payment gehört zur DSV-Gruppe und ist der Taktgeber für alle Payment-Themen in der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Wir erkennen Trends, setzen neue Impulse und bringen die Sparkassen mit innovativen Payment-Lösungen voran – und damit haben wir direkten Einfluss auf über 45 Millionen Endkund:innen. Wir entwickeln und vermarkten Payment-Lösungen sowohl für den PoS als auch für E- und M-Commerce. Dazu gehört unter anderem das kontaktlose Bezahlen mit Karten und dem Smartphone (App „Mobiles Bezahlen“ für Android sowie Apple Pay mit der Sparkasse) und vieles, vieles mehr.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Als Produktmanager:in oder Teil-/Projektleiter:in steuerst und unterstützt du die Umsetzung von Produktideen mit allen Beteiligten im Produktentwicklungsprozess mit dem Schwerpunkt Konto und Karte.
  • Produkte ganzheitlich begleiten: Du betreust Karten- und Kontoprodukte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Idee über die Einführung bis zur Weiterentwicklung.
  • Standards setzen: Du evaluierst technische Konzepte für neue Paymentprodukte und setzt diese gemeinsam mit den Fach- und Entwicklungsteams um.
  • Zusammenarbeit gestalten: Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen, Sparkassen und weiteren Partnern zusammen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abstimmung im Produktentwicklungsprozess.
  • Markt im Blick behalten: Du beobachtest Markt- und Technologieentwicklungen im Zahlungsverkehr und leitest daraus Impulse für neue oder optimierte Produkte ab.

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Bankwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld.
  • Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement und/oder in der Leitung von Produktinnovationsprojekten.
  • Erfahrung im Sparkassen- oder Bankenumfeld
  • Erfahrung im agilen, hybriden oder klassischen Projektmanagement.
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im kartengestützten Zahlungsverkehr oder die hohe Motivation, dich intensiv in dieses spannende Thema einzuarbeiten.
  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung der Microsoft Office-Familie sowie Tools wie Confluence, Miro oder ähnlicher Softwarelösungen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gremien und deren Entscheidungsprozessen ist von Vorteil
